Before the show we kicked things off with the ‘Sassy Old Fashioned’ An Old Fashioned made with their own homemade sarsaparilla. Cole came to the table with a pair of Manhattans made with their own homegrown Rye. We talked about their line of spirits, the extensive drink list, the great building and story behind it and so much more. Then a second round with two different cocktails from Cole: ‘Blueberry Velvet’ made with the Peacemaker Gin’ and a ‘Consciously Caffeinated made with Milk-wash Bourbon. Both just wow.
