Jamie & Matt venture downtown to the HockeyTown Cafe and the MusicTown recording studios on the second floor. They are joined with Tony Batou of the Wine Garden in St. Clair Shores and Patrick Moore from the Michigan Bourbon Club. Tony & Patrick have just returned from a trip to Kentucky to pick four barrels. They break down the process of each pick. Talking about traveling the Kentucky Bourbon Trail we have Mike Dwyer (a man of words). Pat Akerley brought his guitar and wrote a new theme song for us. He also plays a track he wrote with his band in the 90’s Beer On the Penguin.
